The Labour Department (LD) held the kick-off ceremony of the Good Employer Charter 2024 on 24 November 2023, calling on employers of various sectors to join the charter, and adopt good human resource management measures and implement family-friendly employment practices. Sunta Chemical was invited to attend "Supportive Family-friendly Good Employer" Sharing Session to share successful experiences in implementing family-friendly employment practices.
